R. No1870/VI/121 Waiyaki Way, Westlands, Nairobi upon payment of storage charges together with other costs that may be owed including cost of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
