NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of the following goods: 6 leather chairs, 13 long tables, 9 square tables, 19 leather couches, 55 metal/wood chairs, 1 desk, 1 logo counter table, 2 kitchen shelves, 1 metal storage cabinet, desktop computer, CPU, PDQ machine, receipt generator, Barisio juice mixer, chips/chicken display, Haier microwave, Ramtons soda fridge, Daima black fridge, Barisio coffee maker, Caterina blender, espresso machine, SAB (Italy) coffee machine, Omniblend (Barisio) blender, grey toaster, shawarma machine, pizza deck oven, grill machine, 3 deep fryers, kitchen stand mixer, white deep freezer, 7 Ola gas cylinders (4 small/2 big), 1 Future green gas cylinder, Jua Kali chips cutter, 2 fire extinguishers, dough press machine, 2 big silver machines, electric tea urn, spoons, forks, plates, knives, sauces, sufurias with lids, 2 crates, juice/ice cream/water glasses, tea cups/saucers, sodas, milk, Dormans hazelnut syrups, 2 trash bins, 2 metal sinks, 2 hand-wash basins, 11 flower pots (5 rectangular/6 cylindrical), and gas cage, all stored at Woodville Centre located along Kangundo to take delivery of the same within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges and other incidental costs incurred as at the date when the delivery is taken, If the aforesaid goods are not collected at the expiry of this notice, the goods shall be sold by the custodian, under the 1st Schedule of the Act, to recover the storage costs and no further claims shall be entertained for recovery of goods.
