NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Good Act
(Cap. 38) laws of Kenya and the authority of the court siting in
Ogembo law Misc. App. No. E28/2026 to the owners/custodian of the
following properties lying at Nyamache Police Station are informed to
collect them within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication
and pay the cost of this publication of this notice failure to which m/s
Ikimwanya Auctioneers are authorized to sale them through public
auction without any other notice nor reference to the owner.
