Box 10683– 30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Loyce Bridged Mmene alias Bridget Loise Sayo alias Bridget Loisi Sayo alias M’Mene B. Loice, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Loyce Bridged Mmene alias Bridget Loise Sayo alias Bridget Loisi Sayo alias M’Mene B. Loice, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Loice Bridged M’Mene, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Loice Bridged M’Mene only.
