NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 12th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 557, in Volume DI, Folio 34/503, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Khalid Abdikarim Abdullahi, of P.O. Box 4815, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ahmedkhalid Abdikarim Abdullahi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ahmedkhalid Abdikarim Abdullahi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Khalid Abdikarim Abdullahi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Khalid Abdikarim Abdullahi only.
