NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 121, in Volume DI, Folio 25/407, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Jackline Gaceri Kiambi (guardian), of P.O. Box 12265–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Arvin Davis Gitonga, formerly known as Arvin Gitonga Limiri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Arvin Gitonga Limiri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Arvin Davis Gitonga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Arvin Davis Gitonga only.
