Box 57975–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Wambui Kiogothi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of hher former name Mary Wambui Kiogothi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Marlie Wambui Kiogothi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Marlie Wambui Kiogothi only.
