NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 16th Febraury, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 13, in Volume B-13, Folio 2480/22729, File No. 1637, by our client, Cecilia Mrambah Mweni, of P.O. Box 1417–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Cecilia Mwavuo Kahindi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Cecilia Mwavuo Kahindi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Cecilia Mrambah Mweni, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Cecilia Mrambah Mweni a only.
