NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 940, in Volume DI, Folio 518/4801, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Edmund Michael Juma, formerly known as Edmund Juma Opiyo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Edmund Juma Opiyo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Edmund Michael Juma, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Edmund Michael Juma only.
