NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 944, in Volume DI, Folio 51/645, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Catherine Nyambura Karanja, of P.O. Box 3681–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Catherine Nyambura Kungu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Catherine Nyambura Kungu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Catherine Nyambura Karanja, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Catherine Nyambura Karanja only.
