NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 25th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 310, in Volume D1, Folio 149/940, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, (1) Hamid Qaid Ghazi Al-Aheum and (2) Shehab Afnan Abdulmuttaleb Hashem, as legal parents, on behalf of Ellyas Hamid Qaid Ghazi (minor), formerly known as Ellyas Hamid Abdulllaziz, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name as Ellyas Hamid Abdulllaziz, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ellyas Hamid Qaid Ghazi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ellyas Hamid Qaid Ghazi only.
