REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Kiboi Mwangi and others, all of P.O. Box 131, Karaina in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.8095 and 8095 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title Nos. Ruguru/Kiamariga/2602 and 2603, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
