REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Aysha A. Sharty, and (2) Abdulallem S. A. Sharty, both of P.O. Box 80917–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 3934/III/MN, situate in north of Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 34662, and whereas the deed file in respect of this title is lost, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruction of the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
