NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st July, 2017, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 529, in Volume DI, Folio 172/4334, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Carolyne Mwende Lumbi (Guardian) on behalf of Stephanie Nyambura Njagi (minor), of P.O. Box 476–20300, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Stephanie Rosebel Nyambura formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Stephanie Rosebel Nyambura, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Stephanie Nyambura Njagi for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Stephanie Nyambura Njagi only.
