APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 18 (a) of the Wildlife Conservation and Management Act, 2013, the Cabinet Secretary for Environment and Natural Resources appoints the persons specified in the first column of the Schedule to be chairpersons of the respective County Wildlife Conservation and Compensation Committees in the counties in the second column, for a period of three (3) years.
