APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 (2) (b) of
the Constitution of Kenya as read with section 30 (2) (d), (e) and
section 35 of the County Governments Act, 2012 and upon approval
by the County Assembly of Busia in its 28th sitting held on Monday
26th March, 2018, I, Sospeter Odeke Ojaamong, Governor of Busia
