REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sarabjit Singh Sehmi, of P.O. Box 7511–00200, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/8999, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, registered by virtue of a grant as I.R. 32581, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of this title is lost/misplaced, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
