REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mercy Wangui Kiiru, of P.O. Box 15382–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 5/160, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 148953/1, and whereas HFC Limited has executed an instrument of discharge of charge in favour of Mercy Wangui Kiiru, and whereas an affidavit has been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 148953/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with registration of the said discharge of charge.
