REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Miano Thinwa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of known as Mwerua/Kanyokora/509, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Baricho in succession cause No. 4 of 2016, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Charles Muriithi Miano, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Charles Muriithi Miano, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Miano Thinwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
