PURSUANT to Standing Order No. 26 of the Siaya County Assembly Standing Orders and following a request by the Leader of the Majority Party, it is notified for the information of Members of the County Assembly of Siaya and the general public that there shall be special sittings of the County Assembly to be held on Monday the 16th April, 2018 at the County Assembly Chamber, County Assembly Buildings, Siaya at 9:30 a.m. for the Morning Session and 2:30 p.m. for the afternoon session The business to be transacted shall be: (a) The consideration for the alteration of the assembly calendar to allow for sittings from Tuesday, 17th to Friday, 20th April, 2018. (b) Tabling and consideration of the Public Accounts Committee Report on the financial statements of FY 2015/2016. and on Monday the 30th April, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. for the Morning Session and 2:30 p.m. for the Afternoon Session for the purpose of: (a) Tabling of the Siaya County Budget Estimates for the Financial Year 2018/2019.
