IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Kilifi County Valuation for Rating Act, 2016, the County Government of Kilifi declares that the valuer in preparing a draft valuation roll or draft supplementary valuation roll, need neither value nor include in the roll the value of the land or the assessment for improvement rate as required by paragraph (a) and (c) respectively of this section.
