GICHANA (MS) SENIOR RESIDENT MAGISTRATE ORDER THIS MATTER coming up judgement before Hon. Z. W. Gichana (Ms), Senior Resident Magistrate and upon the said judgement being read out in open court in the presence of counsel for the applicant. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED; 1. That the applicant herein is hereby appointed as the guardian of Yannick Odhiambo Ngusu. 2. That the applicant be and is hereby allowed to collect and preserve the estate of the child’s late mother for the child’s benefit. 3. That the sole legal custody care and control of the chid herein is granted to the applicant. 4. That the cost of the application be borne by the applicant.
