COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the above-mentioned part development plans were on 8th January, 2018, completed. The development plans relate to lands situated in Kuresoi, Elburgon and Naivasha in Nakuru County. Copies of the development plans have been deposited for public inspection at the office of County Director of Physical Planning. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above named development plans may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Director of Physical Planning, P.O. Box 519–80108, Nakuru, not later than 18th May, 2018 and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 20th March, 2018. A. K.
