COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the above-mentioned development plans were on 8th January, 2018 completed. The development plans relate to land situated within Kisumu and Uasin Gishu counties. Copies of the development plans have been deposited for public inspection at the respective office of the County Director of Physical Planning. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the respective office of the County Director of Physical Planning, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Director of Physical Planning, P.O. Box 105–40100, Kisumu and County Director of Physical Planning, P.O. Box 112– 20200, Eldoret, not later than 15th May, 2018 and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 22nd March, 2018. A. K.
