NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th March, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 409, in Volume B-13, Folio 1826/13355, File No. 1637 by our client, Mwaruwa Munga Mwaruwa, formerly known as Tsolewa Nyoka Munga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Tsolewa Nyoka Munga and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mwaruwa Munga Mwaruwa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mwaruwa Munga Mwaruwa only.
