NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th April, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 235, in Volume B-13, Folio 1828/13386, File No. 1637 by our client, Aisha Mbarak Omar, formerly known as Eshe Mbarak Omar Hamdan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Eshe Mbarak Omar Hamdan and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Aisha Mbarak Omar, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Aisha Mbarak Omar only.
