NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th July, 2017, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1007, in Volume D1, Folio 71/1089, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Zipporah Nyasuguta Gichana, of P.O. Box 30197–00100, Nairobi, (guardian) on behalf of Shadrack Gichana (minor), formerly known as John Newborne Obed Ondari, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name John Newborne Obed Ondari and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shadrack Gichana, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Shadrack Gichana only.
