NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th July, 2017, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1007, in Volume D1, Folio 71/1089, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Zipporah Nyasuguta Gichana, of P.O. Box 30197–00100, Nairobi, (guardian) on behalf of Angela Kerubo Gichana (minor), formerly known as Angela Dali, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Angela Dali and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Angela Kerubo Gichana, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Angela Kerubo Gichana only.
