NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd January, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1358, in Volume DI, Folio 43/608, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Kubasu Kwashe Samuel Shimenga, of P.O. Box 2558, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Samuel Kubasu Shimenga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Samuel Kubasu Shimenga and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kubasu Kwashe Samuel Shimenga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kubasu Kwashe Samuel Shimenga only.
