APPOINTMENT
IT IS notified for general information that the Governor, Embu
County Government, pursuant to the provisions of Article 176 of the
Constitution of Kenya, and the County Governments Act, 2012, as
well as the Memorandum of Articles of Association of Embu Water
and Sanitation Company Limited dated the 12th October, 2015,
appoints–

Florence Muthanje Wanjala
to be directors of the board of Embu Water and Sanitation Water
Company Limited, with immediate effect.
