NOTICE is given to all Members of the County Assembly of Embu and the general public that pursuant to Standing Order No. 29 of the Embu County Assembly Standing Orders, there shall be a special sitting of the County Assembly at the County Assembly of Embu Chambers, Spring Valley area, along James Nyaga Crescent Road, off Embu–Meru Highway on Monday, 29th January, 2018 at 2.00 p.m. and the business to be transacted at the special sitting shall be: (a) Laying and/or tabling of The Public Finance Management (Embu County Executive Car and Mortgage Loan (Committee Members) Scheme Fund) Regulations, 2018 for scrutiny and approval by the County Assembly. In accordance with Standing Order 29 (4) of the Embu County Assembly Standing Orders, the business specified in this Notice shall be the only business before the Assembly during the Special Sitting.
