IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 29 (1) (a) of the Public Procurement and Assets Disposal Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Planning, appoint— FAITH WAIGWA to be the Chairperson of the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board, for a period of three (3) years with effect from the 21st September, 2018 and revokes the appointment of Paul Gicheru*.
