APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 40 (1) (a) of the
Unclaimed Financial Assets Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the
National Treasury and Planning appoints—
Thomas Mwadeghu,
Peter Kanyua,
to be members of the Board of the Unclaimed Financial Assets
Authority for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 20th
September, 2018.
