APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 102 of the
Kenya Information and Communications Act, 1998, the Cabinet
Secretary for Information, Communication and Technology
appoints—
ANNE W. MWANGI
to be the chairperson of the Communications and Multimedia Appeals
Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with immediate effect. The
appointment of William Oketch is revoked.*
