REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joyce Ronnie Waiganjo, of P.O. Box 43260, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2035 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 13797, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, registered as I.R. 50762, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the, same was lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
