REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Wainaina Njuguna, of P.O. Box 3185, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of an estate in fee simple of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1/XIV Tezo Kilifi, situate in Malindi Sub-county in Kilifi County and registered in Mombasa Land Registry under title No. L.T. 17 Folio 302/8 File No. 3108, and whereas original indenture in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional indenture of the provision of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
