APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Insolvency Act, take notice that the official receiver was appointed as liquidator of the property of Gem CM Conctruction Limited (the Company), situate at L.R. No. 209/1/715, Kindaruma Road, off Wood Avenue, P.O. Box 12112- 00100, Nairobi, pursuant to the Liquidation Order issued on 2nd November, 2018. Creditors of the Company are required on or before the 18th January, 2019 to send full particulars of all the claims they may have against the scheme to the undersigned, the liquidator of the Company, personally or by his advocates, to come in and prove their debts or claims set out in such notice, or in default thereof, they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
