Box 1268, Webuye in the RepubliC of Kenya, formerly known as Felix Busoro Murere alias Felix Wamamili Busolo alias Wamamisi Felix Matasi alias Wamamiri Felix, formally ,and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name. Felix Busoro Murere alias Felix Wamamili Busolo alias Wamamiri Felix Matasi alias Wamamiri Felix and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Felix Wamamili Matasi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by hiS assumed name Felix Wamamili Matasi only.
