REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Reuben Kabugua Richard Kamau, of P.O. Box 353, Mtwapa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 916/III/MN, situate in north of Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 25726, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in repect of the said land title deed has been lost/misplaced, and whereas the registered owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, unless a written objection is received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
