NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd October, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2273, in Volume DI, Folio 321/6973, File No. MMXVII, by our client, Nyahanga Paul, of P.O. Box 166, Gulu, Uganda, formerly known as Paul Nyahanga alias Paul Nyahanga MC Sibondo alias Sibondo Paul Otieno alias Sibondo Paul alias Paul On MC Sibondo alias Nyahanga MC Sibondo O. Paul, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Paul Nyahanga alias Paul Nyahanga MC Sibondo alias Sibondo Paul Otieno alias Sibondo Paul alias Paul On MC Sibondo alias Nyahanga MC Sibondo O. Paul and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nyahanga Paul, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Nyahanga Paul only.
