TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. 101 OF 2018
By Richard Karuba Waiganjo, of P.O. Box 2979–30200, Kitale in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Nelly Cheptoo Cherongony, who died at Mt. Elgon Hospital in Kenya,
on 24th February, 2017.
CAUSE NO. 112 OF 2018
By (1) Filista Nekesa and (2) Jude Thaddeus Barasa Oduor, both of
P.O. Box 11–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Godfrey Nanganya, who died at
District Hospital, Kitale in Kenya, on 17th May, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
