TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 97 OF 2018 By Christine Rotich, of P.O. Box 857–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kimingeny Moek, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 9th January, 2014. CAUSE NO. 102 OF 2018 By (1) Paul Kipkemboi Choge and (2) John Oire Mose, both of P.O. Box 1861–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipchoge arap Lagat alias Kipchoge Lagat, who died at Kobos Sub-location, on 4th August, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
