TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 481 OF 2018 By (1) Venerandah Wambui Wainaina and (2) Kennedy Njoroge Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 7768–00300, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and purchaser, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wainaina Muchai, who died at Lioki, Githunguri, on 13th March, 2011. CAUSE NO. 497 OF 2018 By Lilian Nyaribu Mbogo, of P.O. Box 760–00219, Karuri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbogo Muchahi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 7th February, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
