TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 227 OF 2018 By Eunice Achieng Abila, of P.O. Box 229–40400, Suna, Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jared Odira Abila, who died at Oruba Sub- location, on 25th February, 2015. CAUSE NO. 228 OF 2018 By Kennedy Ochieng Onduru, of P.O. Box 270, Sare, Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Odero Onduru, who died at Kawere II Sub-location, on 8th February, 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
