TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 498 OF 2018 By (1) Janepher Mokeira Mosigisi and (2) Wilfred Ogero Mosigisi, both of P.O. Box 4442–30200, Kitale in Kenya, the executrix and executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Johnson Mosigisi Machuki, who died at Nyamagesa Location, on 23rd July, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
