TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 25 OF 2011 By Bernard Ingara, of P.O. Box 30–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Indete Avugwi, who died on 30th November, 1990. CAUSE NO. 106 OF 2017 By (1) Wilfred Kipkemboi Koger and (2) Sammy Kiprono Kurgat, both of P.O. Box 92, Kabiyet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kipkurgat Lelei, who died at Kamelil, Tindiret, on 4th February, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
