Box 717–40400, Suna, Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cornelius Nyandika Zebedayo, who died at Suna Central Location, on 7th February, 2017. CAUSE NO. 295 OF 2018 By Anjilina Achola Kula, of P.O. Box 553–40400, Suna, Migori in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kula Gethemba, who died at Suna Wasimbete Location, on 13th November, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
