CAUSE NO. 118 OF 2018 By (1) Grace Ndunge Mailu and (2) Daniel Maithya Mailu, both of P.O. Box 1, Kitise in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mailu Nzioka, who died at Kitise. CAUSE NO. 123 OF 2018 By Cyrus Muendo Kimeu, of P.O. Box 2328–90100, Machakos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimuyu Maithya, who died at Muthingiini. CAUSE NO. 155 OF 2018 By (1) Ndole David Kyumwa and (2) James Kilele Kyumwa, both of P.O. Box 77–90126, Kalawa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kyumwa Kilele, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya.
