TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 123 OF 2018 By Janepher Apora Omwonya, of P.O. Box 1369, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Murimi Munge, who died at District Hospital, Kerugoya in Kenya, on 16th September, 1997. CAUSE NO. 125 OF 2018 By (1) Jane Muthoni Njeru and (2) Shabinah Wandia Gachoki, both of P.O. Box 9, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makau Mbondo alias Shabinah Wandia Gachoki, who died at District Hospital, Kerugoya in Kenya, on 17th May, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
