TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 39 OF 2018 By James Chepkondol Muchiri, of P.O. Box 3200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dina Chepkemoi Nakitare, who died on 5th April, 2013. CAUSE NO. 40 OF 2018 By Losia Lokwang, of P.O. Box 136, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pkemoi Loseron, who died at Kapyongen, on 1st December, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
